Reading Vine - Improve Reading Skills With These Free Passages

ReadingVine was an interesting resource that was shared by several educators during the TCEA & IDEAcon Virtual Conference in February. It was something new to me and I think it is worth sharing. If you work any reading literacy into your class, this site could be very useful. 

“Reading Vine is helping to Improve Reading Skills with free, personalized reading skills practice to use with students of all ages. Search. Select. Share. See skills grow.”

The site is free and all a teacher needs to do is register. After registering you can explore a variety of  reading passages. The search filters are pretty powerful. 

When you find a passage or reading set you want to use with your students, you can save, download, or print it out. The passages even include questions and answers keys connected to each reading.
